We have been investing here in Canada, part time for about 16 years. We just bought a 100 year old house to renovate and sell.
We are very interested in buying in Florida, probably as buy and hold. Does anyone in DG land have contacts in Florida that are used to dealing with Canadians. Realtors, Title companies, Accountants? Our worries are how we will be taxed, as income, capital gains, and inheritance.

Wow, I'm glad we put the money on our credit card to attend the EDGE this year. Great to meet so many of the DG family, both new and veterans. Thanks to all of you for your encouragement.
