Don't say "No!"

A week after we closed on a $23,000 assignment fee deal, my mom suffered a calamity with her house, the $27,000 solution to which we're just now wrapping up.

Beach Duplex Sold !!!

I assigned my contract to the buyer who closed escrow last week.

The sale price was $647,000. It took five weeks, but I negotiated the price down from $859,000.

It wasn't only me - the sellers, agents, PMI Success Team and their unending patience, the facilitator who sent the buyers, escrow, the buyers were all factors.

I guess my mom would be the most important contributor to the success of this transaction. She put up with me living at her place for months, free rent, car, food and everything else.

There were trying times because her later years are affecting her memory. And she isn't savvy about technical details.

I will do it again, in my own place and take half the time!
