Yes, sorry, that was the first locked-up deal for me.
I had difficulty with how to market it and at one point obtained CMA twice and used my own title company data.
One strategy was to afford a lesser sale price by targeting less money to just fix the dwelling and let the garage wait for a year, thus the $30k repairs.
Another was to bring the shop and dwelling to acceptable condition, thus the $75k repairs which didn't make sense.
The flyer app I used generates html to copy and paste manually into some popular sites like CL and others. It looks like I didn't regenerate the html after changing the repair field in the app. The field value appears in one place and the html-built value was no longer the one in the auto-post version of the ad.
