Last night, I began to finish unpacking from my latest move. I pulled 2 books out of the box --- "It's only too late If You Don't Start Now" and Dean's Book "30 Days to Real Estate Cash".

I had been feeling sorry for myself because LIFE had some nasty surprises in store for me in the past couple of years. As I sat looking at those two books, I took it as a sign that my pity party is over. I sat down and began reading Dean's book.

I've almost completed the first homework assignment. I know that I have let fear rule my life for several years, but I can't go on like I have been.

I just got my first investment property!!! I live in Brooklyn and the property is in Florida..go figure? Anybody can do this anywhere..wow...Just followed Dean's steps.. Is there anyone in the tr-state area willing to network? I got some cash buyers,no properties and a few leads on some motivated sellers....Is there anyone that can help? I am still very new...but let's CASH FLOW!!!

I attended Dean's Seminar in Los Angeles,CA at the Downtown LA Sheraton February 9, 2013.

Wow !!! The information was excellent and presented very well, I ran out of space for notes the information was life changing.

I am so happy to start Dean's Enhance Note Network. I hope that the information, education, training and massive taking action---I want to close my first note deal and I want to close my first property deal.

I Know what I want to do.
My Target is set on real estate and notes.
My Why? is clear and motivational.
My Timing is good and right on the new trends in R.E.I.

I have been in the success academy for a little over a month and am beginning to get antsy about when i will get my first deal. I have so many dreams and goals i want to fulfill but i feel like i am not making much progress. There is so much to learn in the beginning and i am afraid that i will lose my vision. I plan to keep going but how do i know when i have found an incredible deal? There are so many and hard to decipher. I have my buyers list and right now an looking for the right agent. It seems that a lot of them don't quite understand wholesaling. Right now is the time to just keep going knowing that i am taking the steps forward toward my first deal

Yesterday I attended one of Dean's free events on Insider's Financial. Now I am watching videos and reading his book called 30 Days to Real Estate Cash.
