Must hold myself accountable

I am studying and studying..holding myself accountable and holding myself accountable to be consistent...Thank God for this great website. It sure helps a newbie!

to good to be true

I have started reading the new book 30 days to real estate cash. I have read 4 chapters of it and plan on starting over again to make sure I haven't missed something. I have all most been late for work a few days. I start reading and forget the time. it has good reading. Still I have no credit and owe 20,000 in student loans. I took a class on heating n cooling. I am working in this field now but not the money I need to make to get ahead in life.
So I will let you know when I (do) make my 1st deal. Thanks Dean for your knowledge and pep talks to push me forward. James Postelwait Jr

Wen life gives me lemons

I have to keep going and moving forward. I need to go to a REI meeting and pass out business card and ask others for realtors in MI that will work with new investors.

Thanks for all the advice in the fourms

Getting Started

The hardest part of anything is getting started, but I'm proud to finally start my blog and share my progress with the Dean Family. I got Deans books almost 3 years ago when I was a sophomore in high school. I'm 18 years old now, a freshman in college, a waiter at olive garden, and I hope to be one of Dean's youngest success stories. I've read "PROFIT FROM REAL ESTATE RIGHT NOW!" twice (going on 3 times), and spend a lot of time researching on the site.

One Step @ a Time

I feel like some of the things I'm doing is not enough. I feel like need to pick up the pace.

I am still looking for an agent all of them that I talk to so far some hung up after my 1st statement or said they would send me the listing and never did. should email them a reminder? because i have just kept going on to the next office to talk to more agents, like i been doing.

Jus needed that
