I see prices on a property, but what now? How do I check the market value and decide what the price should be?

The first time I seen Dean's informercial was in my sophomore year in college 3 years ago and he has had me interested in Real Estate Investing ever since. I purchased my first books from Dean a year later and I learned a lot of information within those pages and it motivated me to make a change in my life because I wasn't happy with my current financial state. I got so tired of working dead end jobs and feeling like no matter how hard I worked, I wouldn't be compensated nearly enough to be comfortable with my financial situation.

Hi everyone! I'm new here. I've never blogged before, but with my obsession with real estate I thought this might be fun. I am currently a stay at home mom with a wonderful family, and think that having a community to keep up with will help to keep my brain functioning outside of housework and cooking until I return to college in the fall.
