I'm taking mini steps in getting started, I'm reading Dean's books - Profit from Real Estate Right Now and Your Town Your real Estate Profits.
This is the first time doing a blog so will see how it goes.

Just staring this blog. Been trying things for over a year. Now to see how Dean's method works. Challenge now is the market in the Sacramento area does not seem proper for the 25:1 method. However, I am looking hard for those that want to sell. I have bid on over 100 properties thus far and no responses except "are you nuts?". Oh well... Next!

I'm not even sure what a blog is. Today is March 14, 2012. I am going to start calling today for a real estate agent that I can actually work with. The last agent I had I told her I wanted to look at houses and duplexes and that I needed the comps to go with them. She has been sending the same houses and no comps for probably a year. Past time to get the right real estate agent. So we'll see.
