Hi DG Family, it's been a while since my last post. I've been going into other markets lately such as: putting out Yellow Letters, Postcards, and still putting out my Bandit Signs when I'm able to. I am also doing my internet marketing as well as working on Bidding on HUD properties.

Recently I've come across an Absentee Owner who lives in Florida that owns an Industrial Warehouse Building here in Minnesota.

The Building is occupied by a business that pays their own expenses and Cash Flows $11,000/mo. Also, 30,000sqft, newly rehabbed, new additions, 2 docks, burgler systems, new parking lot w/lines, water-sewer hooked to city everything is up to code. Taxes paid up and all looks good.

Seller is stating that he is almost 80 yrs. old and ready to sell.

Hey just want to hear from and/or chat with any people out there that are currently going through or have recently completed the Success Academy. Would like to hear about your experience and where you are with it.... thanks for sharing..

I have met few people in my time who could have such a wonderful persona. Dean you left me feeling like I have known you for my whole life and that we are best of friends. When you spoke of the "Why" it touched my heart and brought tears to my eyes. I hope to see you again and that in time we will be working together on deals. Thanks for giving your life back to all of us and I hope I can do the same.

alright, I think everyone should have these fair warnings--I don't use profanity in my blog or,my emails, if you suspect that any one is impersonating me, please don't hesitate to report it..no offense, however, I had a thumb drive stolen from me with all of my pictures on it...so I'm just sayin'please do report any suspicious activity if it doesn't feel right...thank you very much.

I feel very excited about my trip to Las Vegas today. For the first time ever I will be participating at the Buying Summit Event. Going to Vegas was on my goals list for a very long time. I guess I can scratch that off. This trip is beneficial to avoid the snow storm is coming to New York tomorrow (Thursday)

I am finding that I have a lot of time that I never noticed before. I am starting to manage my time better and do the things that need to be done before I start to sit and relax. I am trying out a new agent and am hoping that she will be the one that works out for me. I am starting to get around to more areas in my town and am looking for the best deals.
