It's a good idea to first consider whether you are the type of person who will do well running your own business.

It's not that certain people are predestined to be great entrepreneurs. We all can learn how to do it. But some personal characteristics will lead you to do better than others.

FICTION: To be an entrepreneur you must be born that way.

FACT: Anyone can learn to become and learn how to operate like an entrepreneur.

Stepping Into My Greatness: The unknown.

There is a great, meaningful, and fulfilling accomplishment within me. Using my focus, determination, discipline, and effort, I step into my greatness, so that this accomplishment becomes actual and real.

There is a fear within me as I step into the realm of the real estate world; however, I am confident that those of you that I have yet to interface with will support me in my new endeavor, as I offer to support you in those things in which I have knowledge.

Here's the ultimate expression of life in my opinion, and that is living a good life. Here's what we must ask constantly, "What for me would be a good life?" And you have to keep going over and over the list.

A list including areas such as spirituality, economics, health, relationships and recreation. What would constitute a good life? I've got a short list.

Awhile back, I went into the studio and created a 56-minute video for teenagers called "Three Keys to Greatness.” Although my focus was for teenagers, the principles I shared certainly apply to adults as well.

People ask me to list these three things using one to two sentences for each. Now for your benefit here they are again.

1) Setting Goals. I call it the view of the future. Most people, including kids, will pay the price if they can see the promise of the future. So we need to help our kids see a well-defined future, so they will be motivated to pay the price today to attain the rewards of tomorrow. Goals help them do this.
