Found Bird Dog

Found my self a great bird dog, but then found myself saying no! Wait! Why? Afraid of success and independent business ventures or breaking out of the mold? The reality is change makes some of us feel bad especially when you've had a lot of it in your life and are tired of change.
How can I be afraid of afraid of change if I have adapted to it constantly.
Well, I think that I would have to give up my present status and change local. If I go too far, I lose a business advantage. If I stay close there is too much competition. Okay I will stop procrastinating and will have to jump in. This bird dog did have stipulations though. And I guess I would have to implement renters or an aggressive selling tactic.

Spinning wheels

Too much information sometimes gives me the feeling that I am spinning my wheels.
Especially when you miss an opportunity and have to get into the swing of things again.
So, then I have to keep looking at my bucket list and trying to fill it. As I look I find.
Seek and you shall find.
Looks like my plan is going to start backwards first with rentals and the flips as opposed to how I first planned.

My seller's bucket list and My buyers bucket list.

I would like to assign a few homes to stay afloat before I start buying re to rent or rehab and flip. Actually I would like to sell my place and use the equity to begin flipping but, I would like to obtain another home first. Then flip some more and then obtain a vacation home. Both of which I can rent out to vacationers when I am not around.
Must have a plan...then must execute it.

Okay, so how do I delete blogs...

Don't want to give away all the answers.

For all those Live Event trainees, 800 number is wrong, 877 234-8394

Hello, to all those that attended Dean's Live training event in LA. I called the 800 number listed in our folders and it is disconnected. I call this site and the correct number is 1-877-234-8394.

It is not an 800 number but a 877 number. Viola!
That's all you need now.
