Spent the weekend meeting many new interesting people at Dean's live training event. All ranges from Brokers to new comers in RE. Exchanged ideas and focuses.
Fortune favors the bold and many took to a running start.
The hotel was under renovation and unfortunately a construction crew through must of our training was a bit of a distraction.
I would have gone over myself and said something if they hadn't.
Three key practices are what I will focus on to flip properties and I think that will be a good start.

Later on, I will implement other techniques.

Just a little problem when you ask an agent to show you a property and he starts to talk about it and calls you back and of course this low priced property has sold in 48 hours.
So about filling the buckets, will ask agent to make a list for me, low priced properties or short sales, and do you happen to have an mls list for cash buyers also?

They are reliable there are just too many people eaves dropping and stampeding ahead.

The life of a famous person. Oh well.

Class is this week Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Hopefully I can pull something off on Monday!
