EVERYDAY BRINGS ME CLOSER

Everyday brings me closer to my first deal. In the beginning I was so petrified. Now I have a realtor helping me. He is an investor friendly. my title co. and credit repair people are in place. I am going to have my first before Christmas. I have about 27 days to do it so I am busy almost everynight until 2-3am and get about 3 hours sleep then it's out crusing thte neighborhoods, mls's, and craigs' list. then I bone up on the current strategy I am using. Birdogging for now. I am using this strategy to get some money to start investing myself.

I am a part of the insider elite and am loving it!! There is a great deal of information to obtain from the site and education like crazy. I am working on birddogging for a couple of members and it is exciting. Ihope to hear from more people that join. The test drive was worth it.

wholesaling or buy and hold

I have most of my TEAM assembled. I have a Title person, a real Estates Agent, A credit counselor, My banit signs are up Fliers are out and I have been upddating my ads on craigslist. I have been reading from many about wholesaling, and assigning, adn that seem to be what I am going to start with. I am looking for people that might want properties in So. Cal. San Diego Area particularly. My biggest problem has been that I have seen all the videos with people buying homes for $30,000 & $50,000 and they were looking GREAT!!!!! WOW! a person here in San Diego for that price you have to do some real reno. Many look like they came ow I know that they aren't the "BEST deals",

I have put out my bandit signs again and this there wasn't any respnse. I am going thru the listings of preforclosures and forclosures and making a route up for me to place the signs. I go out with my signs and place them where ever there will be slowing traffic but never right at a traffic light.. I am getting my fliers out as wellwith no responses. But I am not taking it to heart. Every day I am getting clser to my first deal.

I got one call , No Message, and their mailbox is full. okay!! Atleast I know now my signs are up and being seen.
Next! I am plastering them all over the area here in Lemon Grove, Ca. I have been looking all over and in the listings of Forclosres and preforclosures we have 49. Some have been listed for more than 3 months and some have been listed for over a year.
