As most of you know I was diagnosed with Pulmonary Fibrosis(scarring in the lungs) on top of asthma, allergies etc...its a bit much for me to have such restrictions/limitations put upon my life suddenly. From super outgoing and vibrant to staying in and on oxygen...Unbelieveable!

This Life Changing Curve is heartbreaking, but, I've got to do things differently and slowly. I never thought I woould be in such an awkward position financially. Just glad I have something to work with.

My own clean space of living, not just in this one room and having to wear a mask each time I go into the other part of the house; because, I live with friends(temporaily) and there darling pets. Which isnt conducive to my health and healing process. Its all I have after my hospital stay.

After spending a few days in hospital for chest pains, stressed about Social Security Benefits(even after lung surgery March 2014) No Benefits Approval Yet) and shortness of breath--I must now introduce you to my new friend, O2(aka oxygen) 24/7. Will add My new look in a day or to-so check back for my latest photo.

If you meet me or already know me personally, please don't feel awkward the next time you see me in person. I am still me with goals,crazy, caring, fun, loving life and Blessed.

Considering I am new to RE, by word of mouth I now have Section 8 Renters (high end). My question is how can I turn this scenerio around to earn a one month rental rate Finder's Fee.

In my last blog, I spoke about my first investor, now I have a single mother looking to get pre-qualified to buy a home and on top of that, I have leads for Section 8 renters. That I would like to turn into buyers eventually.

Geez, just imagine if had property already and all I could do? I must get setup and get on this streak immediately.

Enough reading for now, its learn as I go time...with the help of my DG Family of course.

During Holy Week, I mentioned to my doctor that we need to talk RE soon. He proceeded to tell me what he is looking for, where, how much etc...

Now, how cool is that? I am not even setup yet and have a buyer. I am reallyyyy Excited!!!!

Thanks Dean, well back to reading I have lots of to COMPLETE before I get started on my first deal on the road to ACTION!
