I fanally made an offer on a two-story brick house.The property needs an updated kitchen,sheetrock on the second floor ceilings due damaged roof which was replaced.the house is dark due to paneling which can be removed or painted.The seller asked $17,000.00 which was below FMV.Since there was another offer,i decided to $17,000.00,pay $500.00 taxes,and $510.00 interest.I am promised a reply by Xmas.YES,THERE ARE DEALS IN DEC!PRAY FOR ME.

My expenses are near 95% of the retirement income i get each month.I get no help from my family since i was loaded when i met them,which is no longer the case.I feel so worthless asking since all my life i been able to provide.YES,I LISTEN TO THE WORD OF GOD EACH DAY,but maybe you who may have struggled can offer help.

i live in penna.i feel more at ease knowing which forms to use and in which order.Should i use official penna. docs. or what? right now i can only afford to do wholesaling and options.please help,as i am scared to approach anyone.
