I am very excited about DG's free book, and if you have not seen it you should. This is probably the best place to start for a beginner in real estate. DG just impresses me more and more everyday. Knowledge is the key to wealth.So read and do as much as you can everyday, and you will succeed.

I just finished Dean's (Be A Real Estate Millionaire)book and I am really excited about getting a first deal going. I have been doing lots of research to try to get more comfortable with REI, but being comfortable probably wort come till after the first few deals ah. So dose anyone have any suggestions for a first deal that someone just starting out would feel the most comfortable with. Knowing you fears just means you can conquer them. Good luck to all.
