Just getting started

I just finished Dean's (Be A Real Estate Millionaire)book and I am really excited about getting a first deal going. I have been doing lots of research to try to get more comfortable with REI, but being comfortable probably wort come till after the first few deals ah. So dose anyone have any suggestions for a first deal that someone just starting out would feel the most comfortable with. Knowing you fears just means you can conquer them. Good luck to all.

I'm on page 22 of 30 Days to R.E. Cash. My homework is to make a post a day! This may take me 60 days as I do a lot of travel for my day job, but this will be the first of many posts!

As long as you don't give up you will succeed. My intentions are to learn as much as I can every day and no matter how long it takes I will eventually feel comfortable enough to make my first deal then the rest will get easier after that.Knowing you fears just means you can conquer them.
