Canadians Working the U.S. Market

Hi DGFam,
There must be lots of DG Canadians strung along the border who want to be or are involved in the U.S. market, like me. So I am seeking others who have incorporated in such a way as to operate their own US real estate investing company in the U.S. I would love to hear from you about your experiences. I think by pooling and sharing how our U.S. power teams advise us, what markets we are in, border crossing experiences, currency exchange strategies, etc. we could be more creative and successful together.
