Welcome all east Tennessee investors! Here we will collaborate, find potential partners, and discuss the market in our area. Investors should know that several large scale business developments have recently come to our area. (For example the massive Volks Wagon plant that just opened in Chattanooga) These have created a flood of professionals looking for homes. So even if you don't live here, you will find it is a very lucrative time and place for real estate investments of all kinds.
