FAST moving wholesale deals available NOW

Hey everybody! My group has a ton of properties (SFR's and lots) that we move very fast to investors looking to make money w/ real estate. I'm not going to list each property, because by the time you call me the property will be different. Our average time in inventory is about 2-3 days.

Buy a property and we'll walk you by the hand and show you EXACTLY what we do to wholesale it to other investors, that's it. No fee, no education cost, no upsale, just make $$.

We're RE investors first and foremost. About half our properties we wholesale deals to other investors wanting to fix/flip or fix/rent, the other half we sell to students/investors getting into the game. We have moved over 2,000 properties this year; we deal in bulk and volume, plain and simple.

We currently have inventory in MI, OH, TN, IL, GA, MO, IN, KA, CO, AR, TX, UT, PA, just to give you an idea... but that will probably be different by the time you call me.
