Anyone actually doing business with any of the "lenders" posting on this site with success? Looking for both Transitional and longterm funding, yet am finding that anyone claiming they are offering private and/or hard money profiles lacks any info sometimes even last name. I question what kind of " Legitimate Professional" gives zero info if they are looking to generate business? It is a tough world in cyberspace any help????
