About Me:

Born and raised in Denver in 2002 I moved to the central mountains of Colorado. While there I quit teaching, learned RE, tried to wholesale, live through the hell of teenage daughters, an evil ex hushand and aging father. No pity please just life! In 2012 I sent my youngest daughter to college, oldest already attending, sold my home FSBO and moved to Portland Or. I did really well on my home using everything that I have learned form DG, contract in 14 days and selling 10K above appraisal! I took the nest egg, came to Portland for the challenge, knowing no one, but with complete faith in me. Since arriving in October, my father has passed and I have begun my next phase in RE. I am the poster child for never giving up!

Sounds like we have a lot in common. I have teenage twin daughters and boy do I feel for ya... Those were the hardest years yet for me! Plus I also work for a high school and I get very disappointed in our school systems on a daily basis. I try to stay positive and not let it bring me down. Everyone is scared of the budget cuts coming up, but I say whatever happens is meant to be. I pm'd you so let me know if that helped.
