Hello Everyone
I am Varnie; I am new to this group and also new to investing. I am a Real Estate Agent. I live in the Boston Area, but I will go anywhere in the state of Massachusetts for the right deal. I decided to join the DG family because I recognize the tremendous potential in the wholesale side of the business as opposed to the retail side which I have been doing as RE Agent.
Since I am new to this, and I don't have a lot of cash to start, I thought I’d start as a bird-Dog, and also try assignment of contracts whenever possible while learning the business some more.
So, that is my story. I am hoping to be able to learn a lot from all of you in the group and be able to help in any way I can.
