A LITTLE NERVOUS... IM SURE ITS NORMAL..HELP

So im looking to start on my first deal. im currently in the military and i have the advantage of a VA loan... i live in a military town where i know profit from realestate is a given! im just a bit nervous being so young and new to the realestate world. i am wondering if i should use my VA loan for my first deal and a few tips on what should i do...
