I've read Dean's book about probate RE and I'm very interested. I'm a Licensed Real Estate Sales Person (Translation: I need to be careful to disclose this info). I am not a Broker. I need some help getting started. Ten years ago I was a full time Realtor. In fact I was consistantly the top lister in my office. But if I'd known then what I've learned in Dean's book I'd be retiring. In the last 12 years I've been developing a new company with a partner and I've been out of the Real Estate arena. Now my Broker is retiring and I need to affiliate with a new Broker. I live in the South Palm Beach (FL) area in Boynton Beach. I'd like to concentrate in this area but focus on north of here in the county. Can anyone suggest an aggressive Broker between Boynton Beach and West Palm Beach who would be willing to work with me and mentor me as I learn? ET
