i have a couple properties im looking at so far and i need to get some buyers lined up for the deals after i buy and rehab them.

hi welcome! this not real active matter afact i think this post is the newest post here! i dont know if the other ohio groups are active or not but i do know there is a rei club down around the corner from me but i cant find it now but i do remember it being down the road from the court house! im in the midst of finding some rei clubs around here locally but right now no luck so again welcome and please if you do find any active groups in ohio dont be bashful and let me know please ok and a gain welcome!

I am new to investing but want to do buy and holds. Looking at doing mainly land contracts, etc. with little or no down. Would love to talk real estate to anone in Ohio, Columbus or else where about deals, potential deals, hurdles, etc.
