Finding properties that nobody has bought yet and have been on the market for a while(West Virginia) mainly.BUy they for cheap,fix them up and sell them or rent them out.INVESTORS welcome,I'm a contractor with 22 years of experence and can make anything look nice.HOMEOWNERS tooo,if your property isn't selling lets see what we can do to get it sold.Currently working with Apex Realty to find the deals.
