Dean and Jeff,
I always believed what ever the mind believes and conceives it will achieve.there is a lot of great deals all around me. I have been building my buyer list as we speak.I am not afraid to be successful.I am really have a great time. this has been my life long dream to be a successful real-estate investor and that success is by my standards. I feel real good about where I'm going and the steps that i 'm taking. I want to thank you for the blogs .I want to thank u for the caring and love that u send out for all of us to feel, because u have a system that work for u and everyone that come in contact with u. This is real to me . Life is great on the other side of the gate.

Dean,I am truly motivated by these last two Blogs. I was beginning to wonder if this was for me. You an Jeff have helped me see that, I can, really do this!! Thanks for those clear concise steps, You really lifted my spirit. I now only have to get out and do it!!

don't be discouraged with a quick 'dismissal' from these buyers,just because they have other lookers doesn't mean those lookers will find them a deal. Also ask them what type of properties they are not interested, this will help you determine what properties not to look for unless you have other buyers that are interested. Not all buyers are looking for the same type properties. Take their info and keep building your buyers list.

I need some words of wisdom, from those who have succeded. I have had profit from realestate now since 9/11/2009. I read it in 4 days. This is an accomplishment for me, since I am 60 and this is the 2nd book I have read since high school. I joined the success acadamy on Oct 1, 2009, because the book got me thinking, hey this sounds like something I could do. But I haven't had to learn anything in so long, I felt I needed training wheels to get started so to speak. My husband Lost his job in May, I lost mine in July, so I had to get creative in order to join. After going thru the courses I decided to do assignments, because I couldn't get a loan with no job, and this didn't require a loan unless you plan on keeping the property. Here is my delima. I am scared to present that first offer, I'm unsure how to fill out the realestate purchase contract between the seller and myself, so I am protected from any problems. I finally found an investment group in my central az. area, and am meeting with them in January. It is not a big group, but hopefully they can help with my fear of just doing it. If anyone is having or had these problems and has advice. You're never to smart to learn something new. I am at the over analysis causes paralysis stage. Thank you for any feed back. this was a great blog but for me your message in the begining hit hard and at the right time. What you said about not living in the past..."how great things were and...." which is exactly what i have been doing and i am guilty to say i have not been very thankful of today so thank you for making me realize that and starting today i will make that change in my life. I will be thankful for today and for knowing that good days are just ahead.

Unfortunately, I live in sSan Diego where no one on this Forum is stepping up to say they're having success. Saw Chad's video, but he never said where in this huge state he's doing his rehab deals.

Dean, if you could come up with a program that's geared specificaaly to work in all of California, that would be the greatest gift of all!

Hi everyone, Happy New Year to all. Hope this will be a great year for everybody. Anyway, i've been following the dg blog and had picked up some pointers from everyone. Although, some are not quite clear for me, it's like a piece of puzzle missing. I'm not a member of success class (funds are not quite there yet for me), i'm a working Mom and a full time student. Anyway, would anyone be willing to share with me the details in locking in the deal.
