Just wanted to say hi to you and good luck in OUR new adventure with real estate. I am still working full time at Los Alamos. Live in Santa Fe, so if you are looking for anything in these areas, let me know. Have you thought about purchasing the new Set for Life system? I want to, but very pricey! Hi Larry I am greatful for you setting up this investment club. I am not new to dg or investing i do have quite a bit of experience and a team and other investors i work with. this is an exciting business and you ever changing. I am an experienced rehaber. i have done a few shortsales, but my focus is wholesaleing. I do find and negotiate great deals. right now I have a custom home in the knolls of paradise hills in albuq that i am looking for an ivestor to assign to i can also oversee the project with all of my contacts so this is a great property for someone who is breaking in and wants a great deal with an investor who will help. how do we communicate with group i'm a little technically challenged. thanks di
