This week Dean talks with a couple who just completed their first two deals and are totally jazzed with the results. They share how being a part of something bigger than themselves made all the difference.
But it gets even better. Post a comment under this video and tell Dean what it means to you to be part of something bigger than yourself, or how being part of a likeminded group is helpful to reaching your goals. When you do that, you'll automatically have a chance to win Dean's iPad. Want to increase your chances... share or like this on Facebook, Google+ or tweet it on Twitter we'll add an extra drawing for you for each one. At the end of your comment list what sites you shared it on (type "Facebook", "Twitter", "Google" depending on which one(s) you shared on) so we can add your extra entries and verify the winner's "shares". Watch and get in the drawing now. Winner announced next week.
Thanks Dean!

What does this site mean to me?
Dean,
Thank you for all you do on a daily basis to bring us such insight on this great industry. DG.com means opportunity to me. It means that I have a platform and vehicle in which to pursue my dreams and make them a reality. It means that I can share ideas and ask questions of like minded people who know what I am going through and can relate to my situations and needs.
It is a blessing!
Something bigger than yourself is another name for networking
The deals come when we get help from others or offer our help to others. Interaction is what keeps us going if it's a good day or a bad day. My first deal is right around the corner. Thanks for your blogs every week.
Positive Messages
It's great to wake up in the morning watching the energy and positivity all these messages bring. Makes me hit the ground running every single day. Thanks
You Can't Learn If You Don't Open the Book!
I have been so busy running around in circles going at this the wrong way. So I give up and figure I'll wait until I have more time to get a plan together. WRONG!! I forgot I have this site to guide me through the steps. This Is great learning. I feel if you want to succeed, you should first learn what you need to do and then DO IT!! So now my face is "in the books"(on this site) learning. my confidence is growing and even my motivation is rising. The more you learn about this, the better you start to feel. That right there is a great psychological tool!
Newbie!
I'm a loner who's looking to your site to pick up some useful information from all of you who are "in the know".
Thanks for offering!!
Such great enthusiasm!!
I have been a part of the DG family for over a year now, and although I have yet to do my first deal, I have been getting closer and closer. I feel it will be here at any moment now!! It is always so refreshing to watch your Weekly Wisdom videos, Dean. Thank you for making me really feel like I am a part of the family! I left a comment on FaceBook and on Twitter!!
Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The Excitement and Encouragement of Others!
Hi Dean & DG family, It is always encouraging to see and hear what other investors are doing and how they are moving forward to accomplish their goals. It is so true, it is a must, to be around like mind individuals striving and excelling in real estate investing. We all get into slumps at times and who is there for you to get you back on course? People linked to the DG family and Dean's blogs! But...there is nothing like attending a live event with like-minded investors reassuring others to accomplishing your dreams. I attended a REI club meeting and met this wonder lady...the enthusiasm and zeal expressed to others is just amazing. She certainly recharged my battery and then some to keep me moving forward as an investor. Oh, did I forget to mention that she is 85 years young and has 72 properties she leases. She is always looking for more deals; a truly inspiring lady.
thanks Dean

Grateful
Thank you Dean for always bringing us everlasting wisdom. Thank you Tom and Ro****a (? sorry if misspelled)for sharing your story. This site is nothing short of inspiration and encouragement. Although I haven't posted here much it doesn't mean I've quit. Real estate is what I was designed to do and I just have to believe in myself. There is so much here and this place has taught me not to give up and keep going. I've been up, down, and all around and will never quit. Thank you for everything Dean and your team and all of the successful persons that have paved the path for others. To sum it up this is a goldmine.

And thank you both T & R for giving your encouragement.
Thanks DG Family
I have been coming to this site for a while now and it is always so encouraging to read all the posts and wisdom from the DG family. I am still not taking enough action, but I will commit the time to do what I need to make this a success. This is the place for help! Thank you all and especially Dean for sharing your wisdom! You are all a blessing and I hope to one day be the same for others!

Great video blog
Dean,
Great video. Haven't done my first deal but because of the inspiration you and the members provide, I will get it done! Thanks.
Something bigger than myself
At 6'4" and 220 pounds it's still important to be part of something bigger than myself. Thru your site (along with a local investor group) I stay motivated and stay interested in real estate investing ... like Napoleon Hill says - there's something magical that happens when a group of like-minded individuals meet together.
Thank you for "keeping my plates spinning" and for the encouragement and resources from your site, Mr. Graziosi.

It gives you confidence that you too can succeed. It gives you encouragement when you see that others have overcome the same obstacles that you are currently facing. It helps you to take that lear of faith
Response to what it is like to be apart of a like minded group
I watched this video and found it to be very encouraging and uplifting. That is exactly what I like about like minded people. They are uplifting and very helpful, especially when I do not know what to do or where to go. I have found that being apart of this amazing group keeps me going and helps me to never give up.
Thank you for helping me personally as well as professionally.
Watched Again
Thanks Dean for your encouragement.I watched the video again and still came away inspired. I saw myself standing there and that couple was excited about their sucess.
What Encouragement!
We are Blessed to be out here helping buyers and sellers and helping the banks. The Banks do not want these houses back.

Tugging @ My Heart
There's always been a small voice tugging at my heart telling me to do more for others - even people who seem to be better off than me. That is why I became a Math teacher.
But now I'd like to help other adults and, in doing so, further become a part of something bigger than myself. Maybe help the parents of some of my less-advantaged students benefit financially or help the students themselves who've graduated. Sometimes I run into them years later & we talk about how they're doing. Moments like that always lift my spirit!

I WANT TO GET STARTED SO BAD I CAN TASTE IT!!!
After setbacks so bad and lengthly, it is hard for me to get it together to get started. But your encouraging words are there to remind me of where I want to go. Thank you Dean for being so positive and upbeat. I love the way you share with people. I am in California in San Bernardino county where the prices went up last and the area is "foreclosure beat up" now. It is perfect to get started here. If you ever want to have a person to help with an amazingly compelling story, our story has stood the test of time. I would know God would bless you if you could take a moment and consider.
Thank You,

Hi Dean and Team!
Being able to come here every single day and surround myself with "like minded" winning people is tremendous! People that knew the struggle, know that the end result is well worth it.

This weeks Weekly wisdom
Dean, For me it is absolutely essential to be part of a community, a group, a fellowship of like minded people. I have been calling some of your students here in San Diego. (you can tell who they are by the signs they post). The first question I ask is if they are part my the "D.G.Community"!!! I have my own signs up and am getting the rest of my "TEAM" set in place. I know it is going to be olding on.
Thank you for all the encouragement, and YOUR hard WORK.

Thanks
Dean...Thanks for keeping my motivation up. Without your weekly blogs it would be easy to let my goals slide.
Started out
Dear Dean,
I am happy to be a part of the D.G. Family. I know that it is imperative for me to be a part of something bigger than myself. I know that in order for me to have a positive attitude, I must surround myself with positive people. The Nay sayers have no place in my life NOW. When they see just how wrong they were their attitude will change and they will be singing a different tune.
Thanks for all your encouragementohn Hervan
