Hard Money List

What happened to the hard money list? I lost all of my recent research to a Vist glitch. I had a potential hard money lender that I got from the list, but I can't find the list anymore.

Hard Money

Hey this is my first post!!! I just got Dean's book and am really excited about getting started! I am currently in the process of evaluating all of my resources and creating my "team" of experts to help me out in my investing. I don't have great credit so I am looking for financing options to fund my deals. How do the hard money lenders typically work? I have been wanting to invest in real estate for awhile now and the only thing that prevented me from doing so is the lack of financing. Hard money seems like a really good way to go if I understand it correctly. Any information anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated!
