Hi.....well....I was an Commercial / Industrial Electrician for 20 years. Several years ago I started to diversify a bit, and started selling scooters and Motorcycles online. That turned into a website that sold almost 700K in sales last year. Since the business is very seasonal....I need to diversify, and I have always been interested in real estate investing. I finally decided when funds began running low that i MUST finally do this thing. So here am I.

Working hard and studying harder. Spending ALL my Time working to get a Jump Start on my NEW business. I CANNOT and WILL NOT allow myself to fail with the tools that we have here. I just started in the success academy because I KNOW that I will get that money back.
5 sales?? I want 5 homes in 5 months.

I will settle for nothing less that HARDCORE immersion into this new world that I have found.....come on in...the waters' fine.

I like your attitude. I am new to the real estate business and can't wait to get started. 5 deals in 5 months - How do you plan to finance these deals, especially if you don't have the cash? Are loans easier to obtain than the media portrays?

I am new to this site and program. I noticed your ad and I am looking for private seconds for a couple of families. Their properties are located in N. CA in excellent condition and families have no intent of moving. Unfortunately they lost jobs but have new one in the health industry-Sales. Their children are very involved in their schools and community organizatons- Boy Scouts and sports etc. They need short term seconds- 1,2 3 yrs., no prepays, and interest rate negotiable.

Hey Samuel, I am glad that you know who you are, I am lost. Although not far, Salem. I have inested in AIN (American Investment Network) but they did not help much nor did they offer a class like Dean does for as little as Dean does.

They are going to call me back tomorrow and see if this is what I want to do and of course I do.

I know that my future is pretty bleak as far as any type of retirement goes and I need to change that and move forward with this, and I will.

After all that jibberish of mine, I wanted to know what you thought of the Mentoring (Academy) so far? Are you satisfied with the experience? Is it what you thought it would be or is it less than you thought? I already spent over $3,000 with AIN and got nothing in return really, (I was very confused with them)

Would love to hear from you. Any advice you have is welcomed. Maybe lunch one day. I grew up in Mt. Angel but now reside in Salem.
