Can I negotiate rent reduction?

Rent is just like a mortgage. If you cannot afford it you may be able to negotiate your rents. This is happening now. People cannot afford to pay their rent and they are negotiating to try and lower their rent. If you are in a market that has high vacancies you may find this happening. If you are renting in an area that has high vacancies you may find this a useful tool.
