I called my realtor t submit my very first offer on the property I told you about. I'm afraid itmight go.
The realtor asked me tosend him an email with all my details and offer conditions.
I am submitting an offer at 50% of the asking price, do you think you can help me with the other conditions I need to include and be aware of?
