Buying at Auctions...

Buying at Auctions...

with an outside investors help!

I have located some great buys that are in the 2nd (auction) stage of foreclousure. I am curious as to what ways,if any, there are to bid on the property and "buy" the propery as just the middleman so to speak.

I am familiar with the practice of assigning a property and need to know how I can do this with a property being auctioned... If anyone has the neccisary legal document(s) and/or the proper proceedure(s) I would be most greatful.

Also any investors who would like to expand in the DFW metroplex please contact me through this website or via E-mail

Thanks All,
DBoyle @ ADI

don't waste your time!!!??

first of all you can't RE-ASSIGN a property @ an auction, you need to read on how your state/county auctions work, most require like 5-10% down @ the auction for winning bid, then you have like 10 days to pay the FULL amount due. YOUR HERO,SULLY.

10 days from confirmation

which could be a couple of months after.
