Does anyone have a copy of a Delaware assignment addendum? (This is what will be attached to the agreement of sale contract) Can you send a link, or upload it here.
Thanks,
Darren - DE

Does anyone know what happens to a property when there is a Notice of Sale from the third Lien holder on that property. What happens with the previous Liens?. Also why would the bank foreclose if the third lien is the smallest amount. Thanks,
good luck to everyone.
Reyna
Reyna,
Your question is unrelated to the topic of the original poster, which is Assignment Contracts in Delaware. Please start a new forum topic for comments or questions unrelated to the comment you are reading. Thanks!
I understand that this post is aged but I thought I would respond anyway. It is a great topic to cover.
One reason it is such a great topic is that it should never be something you should worry about. Right on this site you can download one that should work anywhere. Now, that doesn't mean that you can't create your own or even have an attorney create one.
The bottom line is you can really use anything as long as everyone is aware of it.
