OfflineHello everyone I am brand new to this forum and I have a serious problem that I need help with. I have always known that Real Estate was my passion. I bought my first Real Estate education system when I was 16! I absolutely love it! I can't get enough books, tapes, CDs, open houses driving around neighborhoods and researching the internet just for fun!
Ok so here is my problem. My husband is very skeptical and is hesitant about letting me get started. He thinks Real Estate is too risky and fears I am going to ruin our credit and prevent us from owning our own home. I know better and I have tried desperately to convince him otherwise but with no success.
Is there any advice anyone has out there for me on how to convince him to let me follow my dreams of investing in Real Estate and create lasting wealth for our family?
is follow your dream. Use your own credit if you have to and leave him out of it. Real estate investing is not for everyone and it may take time for you to convince him, but here is a link to others that have had the same problem. good luck

I would suggest that you start with doing assignment of contracts. That is the lowest risk type of deal you can do and it never will involve your credit. You can start making money with this and show him it can be done.
