Letters, where do you get your list to send to potential sellers? Thanks in advance. I ask because I may purchase a Marketing package. It's a how to marketing strategies that can dominate my market place. It costs $1k for the package and loaded with multiple ideas and information on who to use and what works best. A total system. Has anyone gone this rout and does Dean offer one as well? Thanks.

I have recently designed a letter and a flyer that I have been mailing out to preforeclosure listings. These have worked for me in getting me leads and motivated seller response.
I simply followed the suggestions in Dean's book and it worked. I wanted to share them with the community as a resource however i am not sure how to get them downloaded. Does anyone know how I could upload them from my comp. to the site?

Vistaprint has cheap magnet signs, window decals, websites, business cards. You can get all that for under $30. You can also send out direct mail through click2mail for very cheap, send your post cards. I don't know who you're getting your marketing course from but $1000 is a lot of money!! Do they offer a money back guarantee?? I don't know if Dean offers this. I can probably refer you to a couple.

This is the letter that I have been sending out to preforeclosures. It has gotten me a great response. I send it along with a flyer that I made entitled "I PAY CASH FOR HOUSES" (which I cant seen to copy and past to the comment effectively)and I include my business card.

i have 5 different letters that i send out at various stages in the foreclosure process, but great post, thats exactly what i do, and it cost a LOT less than $1,000 bucks!, basically the only thing that i pay for is postage, which when sending out 200 letters aint cheap!, but it's WAAAY cheaper than $1,000! save yourself some money!

I would suggest that you copy and past the letter so you can alter it to fit your specific needs. I generally just copy and print the posts I find resourceful. I also save some to my bookmarks for future reference.
