OfflineHello. I was wondering how current the information is on the forclosure alert system? I have found a property and it says it was going to go to auction last month. Why is it still listed? COuld it still be available?

Foreclosure Alert is updated regularly. The difficulty is the human side of recieving the information. Foreclosure Alert recives leads from a meriad of areas. One way leads come in is from private companies that do searches. If this company is slow on their information it will reflect with the information you are recieving. You should not have too many problems with this, however.
