OfflineWhen I first started in real estate I was given an idea to call people in the newspapers that were RENTING their properties and ask the landlords if they would be willing to sell.
I did this during a market that was selling great and 1 out of 4 people I called said they would sell the property.
Here is the great thing - they were willing to rent the home and they are willing to sell. This works well for us because they may be willing to do a lease option or seller financing (both are low or no money down methods).
You can do this without credit and income.
This market is prime for this kind method. Enjoy.

Hi I'm new to the site and can't seem to navigate to web sites offering houses for sale. Any suggestions?
Another suggestion: I will have about 20-30 fire (damage) sales and other distressed properties coming in tomorrow..... most of them between $4,000 and $12,000!
You could contact me, sign a mutual one page agreement, and then you market one or more of these properties for me. If you find a buyer for any of the properties you get paid $1K to $2K at closing.

wow I wish I had great leads like that in my area I'm just getting started on
going thourgh the training and workbooks and coaching.
Wish I had those type of deals in my area.
