About Me:

I joined this site shortly after the birth of my little boy. I have purchased all of Dean's books, read and highlighted them like crazy. Like most people, however, I got caught up in the "everyday stuff" that keep people from making any real change. Working, raising my boy, paying bills left and right, etc., etc. All excuses and completely unavoidable I know, but that is why I'm sad to confess - I have NOT done a single REI deal yet!

I'm pretty confident REI works, but finding the approach that's right for me is very daunting. I've actually been reading REI books and systems for a LONG time now (since 1998), but never had the courage to "pull the trigger" and try it for myself. Hopefully getting back on this site after a 3 year hiatus will give me the "last push" I need to dip my toes in the water (or jump in cannonball style, whichever), and start adding some experience to all this theory I've been learning...

I called a couple agents in oakland county,Michigan and they didn't know about assigment clause contracts so I figured they weren't legal.Hopefully they are.Just need to contact a Realitor,or, agent who works with them.
