Okay, here goes!!
I have been a DG member for about 3 weeks now. Here's what I've done so far:

I've read the RE Millionare book

Signed up for the Mentoring Program.

Finished the first 2 courses.

I've lined up 2 interviews with new CPA's

Arranged for attorney to transfer 3 existing properties into LLC.

Arranged for a realtor friend to email me the MLS daily flash report.

Driven neighborhoods and called on numerous properties.

Researched Tax records on various properties.

Called an investor friend and attended a small, loosely formed REI group. It was great and encouraging.

Previewed a couple of properties, had a rehab friend walk through for an estimate.

Attended my first Foreclosure and TAX SALE at the courthouse. That was fun!

Made business cards and preparing letters for out of town owners, etc.

One of the interesting properties, owner lowered asking price, but I'm still waiting on it.

Aggressively trying to rent or lease/option one of our houses in Macon. It has been an "albatross"!

I'm sure there's more, but just can't remember. I guess that's why jounaling is good, so I don't forget.

That's all for now. Leaving tomorrow for a fun weekend with some old cheerleading buddies from high school. RahRah!! We'll be playing cards and eating all weekend.

Can't wait to get back to RE Millionare!!
