I have deals that come across my desk all the time but i cant take part in them the way i would like to. I've been marketing these properties but by the time i find a buyer, the property has already been sold without me. I've come close a few times but no cigar. If i could get someone to partner with me and help me lock the contract up with the seller with the earnest deposit, so that i can find a buyer without having to worry about losing the property, I would be more than glad to split the profits 50/50. Im looking to quick flip, wholesale these properties for about $15-$20K each time, which would net my partnering investor a quick $7500-$10,000. As it stands right now i have about 8 properties that i'm trying to market with no contract that i expect to be gone very soon, with or without me. Anyone interested? Please let me know. Thanks.

If you're seriously looking for partners to work with, you'll need to post what area you're looking at, more details about the houses you're working on like the numbers, maybe pics, etc. This will probably get you more responses. i dont have any specific areas where im looking at..........i get emails in my inbox everyday from properties all over the country. The ones that would make sense to the seller as well as buyer and have a good amount of spread in them to create that win-win for everybody, those are the ones I try to work on. Most of the properties i work on after my markup are around 50-60% LTV, as it stands right now, i have a few deals in chicago, and a few in New Jersey. If anyone is interested, please let me know.
