Hi There everyone,

Is anybody finding lenders willing to give appraisals IMMEDIATELY following the purchase of a property that they bought outright with cash?

appraisels

If you are purchasing the properties with cash, the lenders aren't concerned about doing an appraisel. The lenders will require an appraisel and inspections if they are loaning you the cash to buy it. They want to be sure of the property's worth should you default on it.
