When you carrry out a realistate deal.If your just a matchmaker between a buyer and a seller.Are you supposed to check out the credentials of the people your dealing with as they are checking you out? You want to know more about the seller and buyer's reputation as they want to know about you.And even if contracts are wrote up,what if someone doesn't honor their part either buy not following through or not having the money? Can someone explain how people involved are accounted for?
