Hi everyone, I'm located in San Francisco, CA
I'm fairly new to the Real Estate business, I have Dean's book and his program. He mentions something about finder's fees and getting with an investor. Well I'm having a difficult time finding investors so I can lock in on my first property. I'm currently a full time art student, and I don't have money to spend (only student loans) I need help!
