I am on the same boat as everybody else I'm new to the whole real estate thing and looking to get started by making a few deals by helping others then save up enough cash to buy property of my own.
I am also new at this and looking to get started by joining up buyers and sellers. I am finishing up the book and getting ready to build up my buyers list. It feels good knowing others are just starting out as well..Good luck to everyone.
