Thank you, thank you, thank you! The stories have really inspired me to take action even thou I am still reading the book.

I have just finished "YOUR TOWN" YOUR REAL ESTATE PROFITS and I must say it has much to give.I have not even started to market yet and yesterday a friend at church approached me and said he needed to talk to me about something.Well,I asked him what was it that he wanted to talk to mke about? Would you believe he wanted to tell me about a certain property im Miami.I had been studying all the info that Dean has given us with the Total View and all and when my friend approached me with this I was amazed.All I can say is,it's on now.Thank you Dean for being the "REAL DEALLIONAIRE!"

I have had an opportunity to acquire a property almost ten years ago in Baltimore MD.when I was and attending a real estate investing school.It turned out to be a nightmare for me using an assignment of contract strategy. Well...like I said I was ignorant and unlearned in the market so I said I would never try it again.After buying your book Dean and listening to your videos I began to develop hope again that maybe, just maybe I should get back in the game.I'm back and ready to commit to not only being educated but putting the strategies that "The Dean" teaches to work for me and my family.

Hey Dean I am now reading your other book, "Profit From Real Estate Right Now" and I began to take action and starting drriving around looking for as many real estate "FOR SALE" signs in my area.I see that this truly is a business if you treat it like so everyday and stay focused on your dream.Thank you Dean for constantly sending the emails that keeps me thinking about where I want to be in the future because I know I will reap if I faint not.I'm on my way to my next "Wealthy Pass"!!!!

Hello everyone. It's a great day in the DMV area today and after viewing Deans wisdom video for the week I am still enthusiastic about getting my first wholesale deal done before Thanksgiving.How ever, today a spirit of information over load has come to the forefront and I just don't know how to get myself going so I can even begin to see some success in the areas that are mentioned in deans books that I purchased and the ones online like Thirty Days To Real Estate Cash that I am reading now. In addition to that I have enrolled in Phil Tirones 7 Steps To A 720 Credit Score which is so enformative.

After watching the last video that Dean sent out last week I am encourage by the teaching he did because I received all that was given from him. Thank you Dean for being the young man that you have become in this industry of real investing.Now that December is here I am putting together my goals and plans for 2014 and am going to focus on changing my life so that others can see that this business dose work if you work it.

Just finished watching the video that Dean did on locating your fear.It was short and to the point.I will do my homework and list what my fears are that have been hindering me from succeeding in in my real estate business.Again, thank you Dean for being here for me and all who are still standing and working to make a difference in our lives and the lives of our family members.I pray that the Lord will continue to bless and keep you Dean and your family.Also I am still building my cash buyers list and locating properties in my area.

It is such a pleasure to be apart of the Dean Graziosi family at this stage of my life, because I plan to make every day count and not allow people to waste my time.I realize that when you allow people to waste your time you can't get that time that was wasted back. It would be nice if the person or persons who wasted your time would repay you the time that they took from us won't it? But...we know.Not a chance. So,I will not allow that to ever happen going forward this year of 2014.
