Too many frauds on that site

Bunch of wholesalers who talk a good game and then get exposed

"If you do not have the cash, stop lying as if you do...."

Found a few true cash dudes on there however

that isnt true, if your looking to move property, sometimes networking thru a wholesaler is a good way to sell it, be open minded. its a great site!

However, if I tell you "i'm looking only for cash buyers" and you say you are and then you lie and in the end you admit you're a wholesaler, whats the point in going further with you???

Keep it real in the beginning and don't be a fraud.

well, not everyone on that site is a wholesaler, secondly, many people who wholesale might also actually buy the property themself if the deal is that good, the bottom line is the more people you have to network with, the better. wholesaler or not

Do you have a vested financial interest in the site??? I do recall myself saying that I did find some buyers on there. Not sure if you read that part, or if you really understood the part where I said my only gripe was that most of the people i got in contact with lie initially about being wholesalers or buyers.

Clearly you are the one who is taking this personal for responding back so immediate and consistent! If you look at other posts of mine throughout the site, I have also encouraged users here to join activerain, realestateinvestor.com and other great sites. Clearly you must have missed that and just have a pessimistic attitude towards life, so I wont be responding to you anymore but wish you nothing but luck! Take care
