Well this thread serves as a two part topic. One, to get this off my cheast and two, to put this out there so everyone else knows. Though I'm sure this has been mentioned on here at some point.
As the title says BEWARE of some of those "listing" sites where you pay a monthly or yearly membership to look at listings.
This one particular one I've been using (Bargain network) acts as a "middleman" in listings the properties. The PROBLEM is that the only way anything is updated is if CUSTOMERS call in to say the property is no longer active. Out of the 100's or properties I've called about 95% of them were LONGGG gone!
I called customer service and explained the problem of course they guy didn't have an answer and when I asked him "well whats the point of your exsistance if the site is not updated" no answer there either.
I suspose the good side is when you call these brokers and bankers with the contact info you can go directly with them for properties, so its worth it on that end. But watch out before you jump on these network sites and get taken for a ride.

I just wanted to bump this up for others to see because it's mportant. Like I said in my last post, most of these sites carry out dated properties but the only good thing is when you call about a listing you can get the broker/agent info and work with them on other more current deals open.
Thats the best use I've found for these so far, same goes for car auction sites as well...work directly with the sellers once you get the inof, forget the outdated middlemen sites.

Cam, I agree with you 100%. Another site is Foreclosurestore.com where they give you a 7 days free trial and even after you called in to cancel within 7 days, they would still charge you $99.00. So, if you decide to try the site for 7 days free trial, just make sure you get a confirmation # when you call to cancel. So, I AGREE WITH YOU 100% AND EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE AWARE!
