Borrower has been pre-qualified for a quick cash closing.

Costal funding will send you and email right away saying you have access to x amount of dollars from them for x property. They will send you the email for free. It can say you have access to 1 million bucks for a property if you want.

You have to write or type a letter to your bank authorizing them to first verify that funds are available in your account, deduct any fee they may charge and then they will deliver to you a POF letter type in the format as mention above to use as your POF letter. Just go to your bank and inquiry at receptionist desk what the fee is and what exactly the letter has to say and where (which dept.) you fax it to, to get your POF letter.
